The Early Bird Rate is valid until December 15, 2024. Registrations after this date will be charged the Regular Rate.
Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $75, will be made only if notice of cancellation is received in writing by January 2, 2026. Refunds are not possible after that date. Please send cancellation request to uvmcmie@med.uvm.edu

We have a contracted room block from Tuesday, January 20 to Friday, January 23.
Please make your reservations directly with The Lodge or by calling (844) 390-4760. Be sure to identify yourself as one of our attendees so you can receive our discounted rate for stays on Tuesday through Friday. Stays outside the room block can be booked at the Best Available Rate. The Lodge charges a 10% state and local tax, a 4% community assessment, and a $45 hotel fee. To ensure room choice and availability, it is recommended that you make your room reservations as soon as possible. Rooms cannot be guaranteed after December 18, 2025.

If you are not staying at The Lodge, please know that valet parking is available on a limited basis for non-hotel guests. The Lodge offers self-parking in a PAID lot available behind the performing arts center (daily cost will be $30-$40).
